2020-1 - Alto flute, Cello and piano

This is about the year of 2020 and 2021, when the pandemic starts, and when I got my wrist injury during that time. and I know It’s been a really tough time for not only me, but others as well. I thought that I was not able to play the piano anymore, and I’ve been really struggling with it. But at the end I accepted what it is and I will have to move on with it.

The Last Leaf Fell - for Harp and Guzheng

The piece is titled "The Last Leaf Fell," containing 4 movements, with the inspiration drawn from 6 of the winter terms among the Chinese 24 solar terms: Beginning of Winter, Light Snow, Heavy Snow, and Winter Solstice.

Seseragi - creek - for solo Clarinet

The piece was inspired by the creek in the Nitobe Memorial Garden located at the University of British Columbia. The Japanese garden is a really beautiful and nice place to go to and take a walk, relax, and enjoy the beauty of nature!

The Train of Light - 4 voices and different instruments

This is a sound journey that takes all the passengers(you) on the train, departing from the city of Vancouver, going through the forest, surviving in a tornado, going deep under the sea, and finally reaching the light. Hope you enjoy it!
